Virtual OxSTaR Human Factors Non-technical Skills for returning trainees

The human factors module is a day spent considering the theory and practice of clinical human factors, and includes various team working and leadership skills. The day incorporates taught sessions, small group discussion, and exercises designed to explore the skills in the taught sessions using practical methods.
