We’re delighted to share our BJGP Open paper from OxSTaR and collaborators, describing the design and implementation of a GP Quick Reference Handbook (GP-QRH) to support safer management of emergencies in general practice. Developed and iteratively refined through in-situ simulation across 29 GP practices, the final GP-QRH includes 15 clinical emergency checklists, plus a checklist for non-clinical staff, a structured handover template, and debrief guidance.
