The human factors module is a day spent considering the theory and practice of clinical human factors, and includes various team working and leadership skills. The day incorporates taught sessions, small group discussion, and exercises designed to explore the skills in the taught sessions using practical methods. We are unable to provide our free crèche facility at this current time, but we can offer a reimbursement up to £50 for a day of care in the child’s usual setting (on a day they wouldn’t normally attend).
