The videos will become training aids for the project, which aims to improve patient safety in Laos based ICUs.

\n\n \n \n \n\n \n \n \nThe Future Leaders Programme is a year long course for newly appointed consultants in the OUHT designed to build on existing skills in leadership and quality improvement. In the inaugural year 17 participants from very varied clinical backgrounds gained invaluable experience in the design and delivery of operational and strategic projects which produced real, sustainable improvements in the workplace.
