How to record a presentation

How-to video guide for recording your presentation

This guide is designed especially for those developing QiP project presentations to be shown during the 2021 QiP Symposium. The video shows how to record video and audio narration over your PowerPoint slides.

In addition to the points raised here, please note the video itself can be moved around like any other content on the slide. If you wish to re-record the audio/video for that slide, simply highlight the video and press delete, ready to go through the recording process again as shown.

The guide applies to Office 2016, 2019 and 365. For older versions of Office and a written description for newer versions, please see here and here.
